Our COVID-19 Safety Protocols

We take your health seriously and as such, we have put safety procedures in place that we will be following for the foreseeable future. As a reminder, Energy Healing, Reiki, Coaching, and PTSD healing are all therapies that have no physical contact.  We have however put the following protocols in place for all of our therapies:

  1. All Vazendah treatment practitioners will be screened each day they work. Their temperatures will be obtained via our touchless thermometer and documented. Additionally, we will check their clinical status as well as their exposure risk. If any of them are exposed to Coronavirus, have a fever, or exhibit ANY symptoms that are associated with Coronavirus, their schedule will be canceled, and you will be notified immediately.
  2. We will also screen all clients for their exposure risk, their current health status and  the practitioner will take your temperature via our touchless thermometer prior to entering Vazendah.
  3. For the next few weeks, we will be open only on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. All appointments will be staggered. If we have more than one client scheduled that day, clients will be scheduled a minimum 15 minutes apart, so that ideally at no time will you be exposed to other clients, just your practitioner unless you are coming with someone who you spend time with and are comfortable with.
  4. Each room will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each client. The office will be deeply disinfected (by following CDC Guidelines) on our off days.
  5. We will be diffusing eucalyptus oil, which is known to kill viruses in each room.
  6. All clients will make appointments via phone, website, or text. Payment will be made prior to the appointment so that clients will be in our office for the shortest duration possible. please pay via paypal.me/Vazendah or Venmo @Mary-Comerfordhewitt-1.
  7. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment and wait outside until your practitioner comes for you.
  8. Hand disinfectant and disposable masks will be available on the table outside of Vazendah and again inside Vazendah. We ask that you put the mask on prior to speaking with your practitioner.
  9. All clients and practitioners are asked to wear disposable masks in the common area. Once in the treatment room, you and your practitioner may discuss wearing masks during your treatment.
  10. There will be a trash can outside of Vazendah where disposable masks can be thrown away.
  11. If at any time you have a question or concern, please call my cell phone at 845-545-5532.

Stay healthy and remember to prioritize your wellness. Your health depends on it.
